Bletso concluded 2009 with multiple accolades, including being named to the Daktronics All-South Region Second Team and  All-Sunshine State Conference Second Team…She was also named SSC Player of the Week twice (10/19/09, 11/02/09) and Saint Leo University Athlete of the Week two times (11/16/09, 11/23/09)…On the season, Bletso competed and started in all 34 contests and participated in 116 games… she led the team and Sunshine State Conference  in blocks with 119 (1.03 blk/s), including a career-best 19 solo blocks…She had a season-high eight total blocks game against Harding (10/17/09) and finished 46th in the country in blocks per set  (1.03 b/s)… Bletso finished the season with career-best 21 service aces and a .906 serving percentage…She finished forth on the team in kills with a career-high 270…She accumulated a.335 attack percentage and had 10, double-digit kill performances while tying a career-high for kills in a game with 16 against Bemidji State (09/04/09)…Bletso finished fifth in the SSC and 47th in the country in hitting percentage (0.335).

Bletso made an immediate impact in the Lions rotation playing in 37 of the 40 games…She started in 30 of the Lions’ matches and competed in a total 113 games…She concluded the season with 218 kills (1.93 k/g) and had a .376 attack percentage…She had one service ace and eight assists…On the defensive side of the ball, Bletso came up with 11 digs and was second on the team in blocks with 109, averaging just a tick under one block per game (0.96 b/g)…Her 18 solo blocks was also second on the team and her 91 block assists was good enough for third on the squad…Bletso’s 0.96 blocks per game ranked her 72nd in the country and her .376 hitting percentage ranked her 11th overall…She had eight contests of 10 or more kills including four straight to close out the season…She set her career high in kills against Rollins (11/2/08) with 16…The middle blocker also made her presence known against Lynn (10/3/08) when she totaled a career-high 10 blocks…In total, she had 10  matches of four or more blocks…Her efforts on the court earned her numerous accolades including AVCA South Region Freshman of the Year. Sunshine State Conference Freshman of the year and was member of the SSC All-Freshman team…She was also named SSC Player of the Week on Nov. 17.

Bletso played four seasons at Boardman HS...She was named high school varsity MVP…Was named to the All-Federal league…Named district Player of the Year...Played club for Tri-County Volleyball under the leadership of Curt Cosner.
