MIAMI LAKES, Fla. -- A pair of Saint Leo women's golfers, Amanda Jakobsson and Clare Connolly, earned top-20 status in the Lady Bucs Invitational. Jakobsson and Connolly completed the 54-hole event at six-over and nine-over respectively. Saint Leo came out in sixth place in the final team standings.

Jakobsson was the top Saint Leo performer from start to finish, getting it started with a 74 in the first round and a team low 71 in the second. Tuesday the freshman carded a 77 to capture her second top-20 finish of the season and her lowest 54-hole score of her career.
