Quotes from Coach
"Overall I was happy with the singles performances across the board. It really helped us that we started our off-season earlier than usual because doing well in this tournament is mostly dependent upon being match-fit this early in the season. We are close to where we need to be from a physical standpoint and I think it showed today. Our doubles are a work in progress as shown by some early eliminations today but Alex and Alberto played their best together all year.

I'm confident that we are prepared mentally and physically to have another solid performance on Day Two. There are no more easy matches at this point, especially in this region. We will need to be firing on all cylinders and making sure we recover properly."
