Sisti sweeps Beiler for finals win at FGCU Invite

FORT MYERS, Fla. – Saint Leo men's tennis junior Bruno Sisti concluded the Florida Gulf Coast University Invitational with a finals win, Sunday.

Sisti swept the D draw final match, defeating FGCU's Michael Beiler by match scores of 6-4 and 6-4.  The Lions senior did not drop a set throughout his singles draw.

The Londrina, Brazil native rolled to the final match of his draw.  In the first round of the tournament, Sisti defeated Tulane's Sneddon by 6-2 and 7-5 scores. 

The junior conquered El Tonbari of Princeton by 7-5 match scores before stifling Barry University's Fabian Echenique 7-6(4) and 6-3 to reach the final showdown.  The weekend culminated in a finals victory to round out the Lions men's tennis fall schedule.
