SAINT LEO, Fla. – For the eighth time in 2012, the Saint Leo men's tennis team (10-5) shutout an opponent as they blanked Bentley University, 9-0, Friday evening from the Saint Leo Tennis Center in non-region action.

Commanding the match from the onset, the Lions swept through doubles action before overpowering each of the six singles matches.

Opening the contest with three straight singles victories, the No.3 team of Jake Fleischer and Aloua Adjenak highlighted the session with a blanking of Lucas Wever and Andrew Waddington, 8-0.

The men will return to action on Friday, March 23, when they host non-region opponent New York Institute of Technology. First server is set for 2 p.m. from the Saint Leo Tennis Center.
