Hurricane Matthew Weather Advisory for Saint Leo athletic events

SAINT LEO, Fla. – Most Saint Leo athletic events scheduled over the next few days have been impacted by Hurricane Matthew's path up Florida's east coast.

Below are the latest changes to the schedules for Saint Leo's fall teams; please check back or follow us on social media for further changes:

Men's Golf - The Saint Leo men's golf next scheduled event hosted by Nova Southeastern, at PGA National on Oct. 10-11, has been postponed due to the Hurricane inbound for the east coast.

Men's & Women's Soccer - Nova Southeastern has closed down and ceased all campus operations, forcing the Saint Leo women's home soccer game on Oct. 8 against Nova Southeastern and the men's soccer away game on Oct. 8 at Nova Southeastern to be postponed.

Volleyball - The Saint Leo women's volleyball game scheduled for Friday, Oct. 7 at 7 p.m. between the Lions and the Buccaneers of Barry University has been postponed. The Lions volleyball team is still set to host Lynn on Saturday at 4 p.m.

 

Oct. 5, 2016 9:15 a.m.

Men's & Women's Soccer - Wednesday, Oct. 5 soccer games against Palm Beach Atlantic have been postponed due to inclement weather bound for Florida. The Saint Leo women's soccer team was set to host the Sailfish, where the men's soccer team was schedule to travel to PBA.
