Jorgensen To Lead South Squad in 73rd USILA/LaxWorld North-South Game, May 26
SAINT LEO, Fla. – Saint Leo men's lacrosse head coach Brad Jorgensen has been selected to lead the 2014 USILA/LaxWorld Annual South All-Star Team, USILA officials announced, Friday.
The 73rd United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association/ LaxWorld North-South Games will be played at M&T Bank Stadium in Baltimore, Md. The Division I/II All-Star game will be held on Monday, May 26th at 10:00 a.m.
Opposing Coach Jorgensen on the North sideline will be Lars Tiffany, Head Men's Lacrosse Coach at Brown University.
The game provides seniors with a great opportunity to finish their collegiate career on a high note and carry on the tradition that has been going on for over 72 years. Beginning in 1940, the North/South game and has been played every year with the exception of 1944 and 1945. The final team rosters will be released on Tuesday, May 20th.
The North/South games will bring together 128 of the finest senior lacrosse players in the country. The tickets for the NCAA Lacrosse Championships include admission to the North-South All-Star Games and can be purchased by going to NCAA.com/Lacrosse or by calling 410-261-7283 for more information.
