WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. -- After the first day of action at the Guy Harvey Invitational, the Saint Leo men's golf team leads in both the team category and the individual. 

The Basics
Results: Joey Savoie is in a tie for first place with a 36-hole total of 139 after shooting a 67 in round one, and a 72 in round two. The team is also in first with the highest individual score being tied for 48th.

The Low Down

  • Savoie is tied for the tournament lead with a -5 after the first two rounds. He is in a tie with Forrest Knight of North Alabama. 
  • Gendron trails the leaders by just two strokes following the second round.

The Rest of the Field

  • Lynn trails the Lions by seven strokes. Their highest individual Elliott Whitley, is tied for fourth with at three-under par.
  • Barry also trails Saint Leo by seven strokes, Mike Anderson and Niclas Weiland are tied for fourth at -3.
