Cisbani Announces Fall Schedule

SAINT LEO, Fla. – With the academic year drawing closer and summer coming to an end, head men's golf coach Ray Cisbani has unveiled his team's 2012 fall schedule.

The Lions will test their strengths in a total of four tournaments throughout the fall semester, beginning their season at the Palencia Club in St. Augustine, Fla. on Sept. 24.

"This fall schedule is as strong as they come," said head coach Ray Cisbani. "We will be tested early in the year with a team that is filled with talent. If we take this talent and make them believers, they will be very successful."

As the Lions travel to Columbus, Ga. for the AFLAC Cougar Invitational (Oct. 1-2) and compete in the Indian Bayou Classic in Destin, Fla. (Oct. 9), they will prepare themselves for the final tournament of their schedule, which will take place in the Rollins Invitational at the Rio Pinar Country Club  (Oct. 22-23) in Orlando, Fla.

The Lions look to improve upon last year's NCAA South Region individual appearance by Nick Brothers, and seek their first team NCAA appearance since 2010.
