He rounded out the trip with 15 points, five rebounds, two steals, and an assist in a 97-81 loss to Alaska-Fairbanks.

In three games, Vazquez shot 59 percent (16-of-27) from the field and 72 percent (13-of-18) at the free throw line.

The Lions (6-6) get a chance to rest their legs as they take a break over the Christmas holidays.  They will next take the hardwood on New Year’s Eve in Miami Shores where they will face Barry University in their first conference contest of the season.  The Lions and the Bucs are scheduled to tip-off at noon.
