Registration underway for Saint Leo baseball spring showcase

SAINT LEO, Fla. – Saint Leo baseball will give high school baseball players a chance to get a jump on their summer workouts at the Saint Leo Baseball Spring Showcase on Sunday, May 7, 2017.

The Spring Showcase will consist of a pro-style skills workout in the morning under the supervision of Saint Leo head coach Sean O'Connor, and assistant coaches Keith Strickland and Dillon Vitale. The coaching staff will evaluate participants both during the pro-style workout and during game situations. The afternoon will consist of an inter-squad game, with instruction from the coaching staff.

Cost for the Saint Leo Baseball Winter Showcase is $135.00 per player, and includes lunch. Check-in is required at 8:00 a.m., and the showcase concludes at 4:00 p.m. All workouts will take place at the home of the Lions, the Thomas B. Southard Stadium on the campus of Saint Leo University.

Camp is open to players in Grades 9 through 12.
