AS A FRESHMAN (2015)
Selected to SSC Freshman Team... finished second on the team with 42 points in an outstanding freshman effort that included 28 goals and a team-best 14 assists... turned in the season best single-game mark with 5 assists, missing the program record (6) by one helper against Lees-McRae (3/12)... scored four goals on two separate occasions (vs. Adams State, 3/24 & at Lynn, 4/18)... was one of only two players to score four games in one contest... tallied a season shooting percentage of 42.4% and 80.3% in shots on goal... against conference opponents, Gilmour had a team-best .840 shots on goal percentage...picked up 18 ground balls... caused four turnovers... scored nine man-up goals, including five against SSC opponents.
CAREER
Attended Pine Ridge Secondary School where he competed in several sports… As a freshman, he was named athlete of the year and the rugby MVP… As a sophomore named hockey MVP… As a senior named Hockey MVP, athlete of the year, and earned an award in volleyball and baseball… Played for the club team Markham Ironheads under Coach Ron Reid… Scored a total of 35 points, comprised of 11 goals and 24 assists in 16 games played.
