Played in all 17 games … grabbed 15 ground balls … won six draws … caused eight turnovers ... … named to the 2017 Spring SSC Commissioner’s Honor Roll ... 2017 D2ADA Academic Achievement Award Honoree. 

AS A FRESHMAN (2016)
Saw action in 13 games, including one start … picked up two ground balls and won one draw control … named to the 2016 Spring SSC Commissioner’s Honor Roll... member of Saint Leo University President's Club Fall 2015 and Spring 2016. 

CAREER
Attended Hudson Valley Community College last year … played her high school ball for Coach Carrie Britt at Guilderland High, where she was Class A Champion … she also was named a New York State Scholar Athlete, and a New York State Regional Semifinalist … played club for Albany Elite and coach Gary Chatnik.

PERSONAL
Born on Oct. 18, 1995 in Albany, N.Y. … daughter of Kristopher and Nancy Madsen … has two sisters, Jennifer and Jessica … comes from a family of college athletes, father played baseball at Southern Vermont College, mother played softball for the University of Buffalo, sister Jennifer played Lacrosse for the University of Vermont, and sister Jessica currently plays golf for the University of North Carolina – Greensboro.
