SAINT LEO, Fla. – Saint Leo Baseball will be giving younger players a chance to get individualized help with their swing during the four-week Lions Hitting Clinic, which starts Thursday, Nov. 2.

The clinic will run four weeks on Thursday evenings on November 2, 9, 16, and 30 (skipping Thanksgiving week), lasting an hour-and-fifteen minutes at the Saint Leo Baseball facilities. There will be two sessions each Thursday, with the first session starting at 5:30 p.m. and running until 6:45 p.m., and the second session starting at 7:00 p.m. and lasting until 8:15 p.m.

Players will get a chance to work with the Saint Leo Baseball coaching staff to learn proper hitting techniques and to develop hitting skills. Campers will be introduced to a number of drills to help find consistency in their swing.

The Lions Hitting Clinic is targeted toward players age 8 to 18, both boys and girls, and the cost for the four-week clinic is $125. Players will need to bring their own bats, helmet, and athletic shoes. Enrollment is limited to 25 players in each session.
