HALL OF FAME REQUIREMENTS

• An athlete must have earned at least two letters in one sport or one letter in two or more sports.
• Attended Saint Leo a minimum of two years.

• The athlete will not be considered until five years after the class in which the nominee entered graduates.
• A coach or athletic administrator must have lettered at Saint Leo or served at Saint Leo for at least eight years.

• The nominee must have departed Saint Leo in good standing, and the record of the nominee must be so outstanding that there is no question as to qualifying for the Hall of Fame.
• Candidates must be passed by all members of the selection committee. 

• No more than five nominees may be elected to the Hall of Fame in a single year. 
• There is no limit, however, to the number of times an individual may be considered. In exceptional cases, the above requirements may be waived by a unanimous vote of the committee.
• The nominee must be present at the induction ceremonies in order to be inducted. If a person is voted in but unable to attend the ceremonies, that person will be contacted in the years to follow until he or she is able to attend.
