Michael is beginning his fifth year as Associate Director of Athletic Communications and Game Day Operations at Saint Leo University. He serves as the primary contact for men's soccer, men's and women's cross country, women's basketball, softball, and men's and women's tennis.

He is also responsible for event/facility operations of all home athletic and selected special events.

Prior to joining the Saint Leo staff, Farrant spent four years as a student at Saint Leo University. As a student, he was the softball student assistant all four of his years, as well as a member of the sports information department.

An Clearwater, Florida native, Farrant graduated from Countryside High School in 2003. He is a member of College Sports Information Directors of America.

He is currently working towards his Master's Degree in Business Administration.
