Jonathan Arvelo enters his second year as Assistant Athletic Trainer at Saint Leo University after joining the program in October of 2008. 

He will be working primarily with the men’s soccer, women’s basketball and softball teams.  

Prior to SLU, Arvelo was a graduate assistant at the University of North Florida where he earned his Master’s degree in 2007.  During his time there, he worked with men’s soccer, softball, and men’s and women’s tennis teams.  

Arvelo graduated from the University of Florida in 2004 after earning his B.S. in Exercise and Sports Science with a specialization in athletic training. His clinical experience included Florida Football, Men’s Tennis as well as the Swimming and Diving teams.
